MNC on the water are proud to be partnering with the Willow’s communities to build the south’s first floating home community on Norris Lake.

MNC on the water has taken great pride and a lot of time in the design phase of our floating homes. Our sole purpose was to design a house that could withstand the challenges of being on the water.

What has transpired is a design system that outperforms any floating home in the south.

Our features include:

• A fully engineered floatation and frame system built specifically for the house plan. Powder coated steel frame, aluminum foam encased pontoons and a “Ballast leveling system” ensure the foundation will last a lifetime.
• Insulated rot free floor system – we use a combination of marine grade ply and closed cell structural foam below our subfloor to ensure no moisture or rot problems while also getting the advantages of a insulated floor!
• Advanced framing and building techniques – Our framing techniques take insulation, movement and water concerns into consideration to ensure an energy efficient structure that is built strong and solid to repel all issues that may arise when being on the water. Our pipes are done in PEX and insulated to ensure no pipes break in the winter.
• Zero Maintenance Exterior – one of our goals is to provide the homeowner with a home that they won’t have to worry about taking care of every weekend. Our homes are designed to take hardi-plank zero rot siding that come pre painted for a 20 yr warranty along with vinyl windows, metal roof and composite decking just to name a few. Your options are unlimited!
• Unlimited options in the home – We have vendors chosen that will warrant all fixtures and materials you may want to use to finish out your home. Granite, hardwoods, tile, sheetrock, you name it. We can do it!
